Product description:



1. Iron core

   The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which is cut by fully automatic CNC slitting line and transverse shearing line. The 45-degree full oblique joint structure effectively reduces no-load loss, no-load current and noise.


2. High and low voltage coils

    The high-voltage coil uses a copper wire with a temperature index of 200C insulation as the conductor, and the glass fiber and epoxy resin composite material as the insulation, which has good impact resistance and crack resistance. Low voltage coil adopts foil structure. The coil has the characteristics of small partial discharge and strong short circuit resistance.


3. Temperature control device

   The thermostat uses two types of temperature sensors (pt100 and PTC) to jointly collect transformer temperature signals, thereby improving the reliability of the system.


4. IP20, IP23 protection 

   The beautiful and durable aluminum alloy shell provides further safety protection for the transformer. The protection grade reaches IP20 and IP23 for indoor use.


5. This series of products use side-blowing cross-flow cooling fan, its outstanding advantages are: large ventilation, cold. But uniform, good cooling effect, low noise, small size.
